1.Do you have refunds? 

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or exchanges once the courier has left. 

2.Do you accept exchanges? 

You can try your order while the courier delivers it, if you’re not satisfied with the size you can give it back to him and we’ll happily replace it for you. We CAN’T accept returns or exchanges once the courier has left. 

3.Can I order two sizes to compare? 

Unfortunately, we don’t ship two sizes. 

4.Can I try my order while the courier waits? 

Sure! You can but you CAN’T take part of the package. Either take it all or return it all.

5.How long do orders take to be delivered? 

Cairo & Giza / 2-5 working days.

Other governorates / 3-6 working days. 

-During the sale period any item ordered at the discounted price cannot be exchanged or refunded. 

-Sale packages are not allowed to be opened while the courier delivers it.
